The Leadership Pipeline isn't a one-off training course. It's a progressive development journey that grows with your people as their careers advance.

Leaders enter at the level that matches their current role — Level 3 for supervisors and first-line managers, Level 5 for managers leading teams or functions, Level 7 for senior leaders driving organisational strategy. As they progress through their careers and step into new roles, they move to the next level of the pathway, building on everything they've already developed.

Not every leader goes the full distance — some develop deeply at one level, others progress through all three. What matters is that each stage builds genuine capability that shows up in how they lead.

We also work with high-potential talent and those on succession plans before they step into new roles — preparing them for leadership before they carry the responsibility, not after.

Every level of the Leadership Pipeline is supported by Pod Squad — our dedicated online community platform that keeps learning alive between sessions.

Through Pod Squad, participants access on-demand videos, worksheets and resources tailored specifically to their programme and their organisation. Between monthly sessions, cohorts work on assigned activities, share their progress and learn from each other's approaches — building genuine peer learning and accountability that continues throughout the programme, not just when we're in the room together.

Pod Squad content is custom-designed for your programme and your organisation — not off-the-shelf modules. While we can reference and complement your existing learning platforms, our approach is to create a cohesive, integrated learning journey where every piece of content is tailored to your specific culture, your language and your development goals. The Three Levels

Level 3: Supervisor / Team Leader

For those stepping into their first leadership role,  leading small teams, or identified as high-potential talent being prepared for their first Leadership position.

Focus: Making the transition from individual contributor to leader of others.

Six core modules delivered monthly, two formal reviews with senior leaders, group business problem-solving challenges and real world application between sessions. Through Pod Squad, participants access supporting videos and resources on demand, complete assigned activities between sessions and share their progress with their cohort — keeping momentum and peer learning going throughout.

Participants learn to set clear expectations, delegate effectively, have performance conversations, build team accountability and manage time and priorities as a leader.

Level 5: Management

For managers leading teams, projects or functions, or high potential talent being prepared for a Management role.

Focus: Developing strategic thinking while driving operational excellence.

Nine core modules delivered monthly, work-based projects presented to senior leadership, peer group learning sessions and integrated 1:1 coaching including on-the-job shadowing and reflective coaching. Pod Squad extends the learning between sessions — participants work through assigned tasks, engage with tailored content and collaborate with their cohort on shared challenges.

This is where transformation accelerates. We combine on-the-job coaching — shadowing participants in their real work environment, on site and in the field — with off-site reflective sessions to create space for deep insight and personal breakthrough.

Participants learn to think strategically, manage performance, lead through change, influence stakeholders, develop their people and balance competing priorities.

Level 7: Leadership

For senior leaders, those being groomed for executive roles, or high potential talent on the Succession Plan.

Focus: Strategic leadership, organisational impact and executive presence.

Four intensive modules with executive coaching integrated throughout, plus Learning Expeditions — site visits to high-performing operations within your organisation or our partner organisations. Pod Squad supports peer connection and ongoing learning between modules, with tailored content and community activities that sustain momentum across the programme.

Participants learn to lead strategically, drive organisational change, build high-performing cultures, influence at executive level and develop future leaders.

Learning Expeditions expose participants to different operational contexts, leadership approaches and best practices — expanding their thinking well beyond their immediate environment.

What's Included?

Cohorts run 6 to 12 months with monthly sessions, sized at 6 to 9 participants to ensure depth of learning and genuine peer connection. All workshop content and materials, work-based project facilitation, peer group learning sessions, integrated 1:1 coaching — on-the-job and reflective — Pod Squad platform access throughout, Learning Expeditions at Level 7, and ongoing support between sessions are all included.
